If you want to integrate to our Channel Manager API, you must first contact us through the next email: support@ulysescloud.com. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to start the integration.

Integration Phases

 

In order to develop the integration we need you to follow the next steps. You must ensure that you have read the Integration Requeriments to have an overview on the type of integration you will be connected.

To reach the Live Phase you will have an assigned contact to response all your doubts during the whole process.

The integration is divided into 5 phases:

  • Phase 1 - Contact

  • Phase 2 - Development

  • Phase 3 - Certification

  • Phase 4 - Production Pilot

  • Phase 5 - Live

 

Phase 1 - Contact

Once you have sent us an email we will contact you back with all the information you need to proceed to the next phase.

Phase 2 - Development

We will asign to the project a Technical Analyst who will create a test enviroment and send you all the development details. We will follow-up your progress weekly and will also be auditing the logs to ensure that you are on the right track. Our Technical Analyst will help you with any technical questions you may have about the Channel Manager API.

Phase 3 - Certification

For certification, we will send you an array of scenarios to cover the functionality of our system. The certification will aim to certify the parts of the API you specify to us in the pre-certification stage.

The Channel Manager functionalities are as below:

  • Availability

  • Rates

  • Restrictions

  • Stop Sell

  • CTA

  • CTD

  • Minimum Length of Stay

  • Maximum Length of Stay

  • Inclusions

 

Reservations

  • Single Room (multiple OTA/Booking Channel reservations)

  • Multiple Room

  • Multiple Rate Plans

  • Full Detail Reservation

  • Reservation Modification

  • Reservation Cancellation

Phase 4 - Production Pilot

Once the Certification Phase is confirmed, you will be provided with production configuration details.

We will then select 1 hotel to run in a pilot phase, which will be connected to your system on our production enviroment. IMPORTANT: This phase is not a test.

The selected hotel should normally be an existing hotel using Ulyses Cloud PMS. If a selected pilot hotel is new in the Ulyses Cloud PMS, they are subject to the standard Ulyses Cloud PMS training and knowledge certification before moving on to the production pilot phase which can take up to 1 or 2 month.

Phase 5 - Live

Once integration is succesfully running in the pilot, we will launch the announcement of this new integration in our Ulyses Cloud Market Place.

Meanwhile, we will prepare the internal documentation regarding the setup.
