If you are planning to connect Ulyses PMS with your phone system (aka PBX) you need to follow this guide. Here will provide the information needed so you can connect both of them very easily.
We can either connect both through an existing integration such as the Tesipro's PBX Manager integration, OR we can hire a dev team to do that for us. In both cases, the goal is not only charge outgoing calls to the correspondent room folio but also to send orders from the PBX to Ulyses PMS (ie indicate room situation). Managing extensions
To allocate a charge in a room account we need to know to which extension belongs. On one hand we can get all extensions in each module and also we can add new extensions, alternatively we can remove existing extensions easily. Endpoint para consultar la lista de módulos.
Add call charges
When an outgoing call is made from an extension, this needs to be sent to Ulyses PMS as a posting.
Send orders
As we mentioned before PBX nowadays not only are used to manage calls but also to facilitate the communication between teams. We can send orders to the PBX
