We can either connect both through an existing integration such as the Tesipro's PBX Manager integration, OR we can hire a dev team to do that for us. In both cases, the goal is not only charge outgoing calls to the correspondent room folio but also to send orders from the PBX to Ulyses PMS (ie indicate room statussituation). To allocate a charge in a room account we need to know to which extension belongs. On one hand we can get all extensions in each module and also we can add new extensions. Alternatively , alternatively we can remove existing extensions easily. Endpoint para consultar la lista de módulos.

Add call charges

Even though it is not very common that guests make calls from their rooms nowadays, when these are made these need to be registered in Ulyses PMS. When this happens the PBX will need to send the calls to Ulyses PMS. When an outgoing call is made from an extension, this needs to be sent to Ulyses PMS as a posting.
